The problem
Where collecting answers in two languages goes wrong
Arabic squeezed into a left-to-right layout
Arabic questions sit on the wrong side, and names, emails and numbers inside a sentence get shuffled.
A sign-in wall before the first answer
Asking people to create an account before they answer puts one more step between you and their response.
A sheet of answers nobody has time to read
Responses pile up in a spreadsheet, and the summary stays on someone's to-do list.
On the free plan
What you can do today, without paying
Arabic and English, right to left included
Switch the whole app between English and Arabic. The Arabic version runs right to left, and each question's text is laid out in its own direction, so Arabic and English questions can share one form.
A first draft from one sentence
Describe the form you need and AI drafts the questions. You edit everything before you share it.
One link, no account to answer
Every published form gets a public link that anyone can fill in without signing up.
Embed it on your own site
Copy the embed code from the share dialog, and choose which domains may show the form.
An AI summary when you ask
Ask for a written summary of the responses, or ask a question about them in plain language. Free accounts have a daily AI limit.
CSV export that keeps Arabic readable
Download responses as a CSV file that opens in Excel with the Arabic text intact.
Need named reviewers to approve or reject each response? Approval routing is a Pro feature.

Questions
Before you start
Is ViaForm free?
Yes. On the Free plan you can build forms, share them by link, embed them on your site and ask AI to summarize the responses. Some features, such as approval routing, are part of Pro.
Do respondents need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can fill in a published form without signing up.
Can I write the whole form in Arabic?
Yes. Write the questions and options in Arabic. The app itself can run in Arabic, right to left, and each question's text is laid out in its own direction, so one form can mix Arabic and English.
What does the AI do?
It drafts a form from your description and writes a summary of the responses when you ask. You edit the draft before anything is shared, and you decide what to do with the summary. Free accounts have a daily AI limit.
Can I put the form on my website?
Yes. Copy the embed code from the share dialog and paste it into your page. You can choose which domains may embed the form.
What is approval routing?
Responses go to named reviewers who approve or reject each one. It is a Pro feature.
Free checklist
Launching a form in Arabic and English: 8 checks
Run these before you share a form in two languages. We show the full list as soon as you ask and email you a copy.
The first three checks
- Choose the language of each form by who answers it. If you need both, keep each question's Arabic and English together, in the same order every time.
- Read every question on a phone. Check that Arabic runs right to left and that names, emails and numbers inside a sentence stay in order.
- Ask only what you will use. Each question you remove is one less reason to stop halfway.
Five more checks appear when you request the list.
